Video: Talking with a Teacher at the PBIS Conference for Educators in Lincoln, Nebraska
Ah, that feeling when a conference attendee says something wonderful to you after you give your presentation, and then they look slightly terrified when you ask them to repeat it on camera so you can brag about it on Facebook and Twitter. :-) But huge thanks to Mike, a veteran educator who gamely rose to the occasion and gave me this nice bit of positive reinforcement for my work as an education keynote speaker.
This is from the recent PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports) conference in Lincoln, Nebraska, where I gave my keynote on "The Three C's: An Improv-Based Revolution" — explaining how educators can use a program inspired by the tenets of improv to change their schools' cultures and turn students into better communicators, collaborators, and critical thinkers.
